Our current focus centers on component lightweighting to enhance fuel efficiency and maximize electric vehicle (EV) range. Looking ahead, our strategic vision is driven by Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing, the integration of sustainable and recycled materials into our injection molding processes, and the pioneering of smart surfaces with integrated tactile sensors for next-generation vehicle cabins.

Established in 2006, Kunshan Jiayu Automotive Interior Parts Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Huaqiao, Kunshan, China. Supported by a workforce of over 500 professionals, the company currently generates an annual revenue of 36 million dollars. Our core competencies encompass the end-to-end design, development, and high-precision manufacturing of functional assemblies, interior trims, advanced injection-molded plastics, and thermoformed solutions tailored for vehicle cabins, seating systems, and cargo areas.

Our History

JYAutomotive Journey

2006
Foundation

Kunshan Jiayu was established and obtained TS16949 certification, entering the Inoue Huaxiang supplier system to supply for Shanghai Volkswagen.

2009

Kunshan Jiayu was established and obtained TS16949 certification, entering the Inoue Huaxiang supplier system to supply for Shanghai Volkswagen.

2011

It introduced German PHC technology to provide load floors for Changan Mazda, Chery, Shanghai General Motors, Shanghai Volkswagen, SAIC, and Volvo.

2013

JIAYU entered the Faurecia supplier system and provides seat back panels for Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motors, NIO, LiAuto, and BYD Auto.

JIAYU Automation Equipment Department was established.

2015

JIAYU entered the Grammer supplier system and provides parts such as console arm rests for Shanghai General Motors and Volvo.

2017

JIAYU entered the Li Automotive Supplier System to supply for Li ONE.

JIAYU entered the Jaguar Land Rover supplier system to supply to UK factories and obtained JLRQ certification.

2019

JIAYU started to provided CNSL arm rests, DP tweeter covers and map pockets for T customer factories in Shanghai, Europe, and North America.

JIAYU be came a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

2024

JIAYU Changsha Automated Factory started operation.

JIAYU entered the Lear supplier system.

JIAYU entered the Stellantis supplier system.

JIAYU was awarded the specialized and innovative enterprise from Jiangsu Province.

2025

JIAYU is establishing automated and intelligent factories in Puebla, Mexico to supply for General Motors, Ford, Nissan, and Stellantis.

2026

JY Automotive marks a strategic milestone with the operational launch of its Mexico production plant.
