E. Accepted Use

(19) Follow these guidelines to ensure recipients fall under the «Accepted Use» category and avoid immediate account cancellation: (20) The user/subscriber explicitly agrees to receive emails. (21) Each contact has subscribed to an online list and clearly consented to one or more types of email. (22) Registrations on third-party sites are valid only if there were two subscription options for each list. (23) If no mailing has been sent for 6 months, a reintroduction email must be sent to inform the subscriber of the type and frequency of information they will receive. (24) Offline contacts consciously agreed to receive emails. (25) Authorization was granted «in writing» via a survey or contest.
